Czerna, I bought the game through Steam, and my Steam and Ubisoft Connect accounts are linked. Do you have the same type of license, or is it purely Ubisoft Connect (formerly Uplay)? If so, I can only suggest installing the complete DirectX 9, 10, and 11 support package, .NET Framework 4.8 with all the latest security updates, all available updates for your Windows, and the Microsoft Visual C++ packages up to Visual C++ 2015-2019 (it's called that way, with a hyphen, it's one package). Also, it wouldn't hurt to check your HDD or SSD (whichever you have) for S.M.A.R.T. indices and for wear and tear on the surface and/or heads. Keep in mind that you cannot defragment an SSD – this can damage the drive. Perform maintenance, run the CHKDSK utility, and delete all found CHK sequences (files with the *.CHK extension). Then try again. Let me know about your results, and then we'll think about your problem together.
Thank you, I will try all these steps. I will let you know.
