Necropolis or Castle (Which one is stronger?)

Yes, my apologies, I messed up – that sentence mentioned both Prayer and Haste.

But Archangels are expensive, and there are a lot of skeletons, and they are easier to resurrect.
I think Necropolis is stronger on Large and Extra Large maps. On Small and Medium maps – I don't know. On one hand, there will be few skeletons, but on the other hand, there won't be any Archangels at all.
