Biography:
Anders was born into a very ordinary family in Elheim. His father was an alcoholic, and his mother often invited male friends home while her husband lay drunk in a ditch. Therefore, as a child, Anders was left to his own devices and spent his time playing with other children. The games were varied—hide-and-seek, tag, playing war, and playing doctor. Nevertheless, Anders had to grow up early—since his parents could not devote much time to him, and at some point could not even provide him with food, he had to find food and shelter on his own—mainly by engaging in petty fraud and theft together with other troublemakers. For a long time, success and luck awaited the juvenile gang—largely because their leader had a talking cat who gave wise advice. The leader himself spoke bluntly that it was the demon Kasha, and enthusiastically told everyone how to summon one for themselves. One night, Anders decided to ask the leader's cat for advice. However, unlike the usual questions about how best to pull off a certain job, Anders asked a more fundamental question: "How can I change my life for the better?". To which the cat replied that first and foremost, he must immediately leave Elheim. Which is exactly what Anders did—at the time, he was 14 years old.
During his wanderings across the country, Anders learned that in the Barony of Baldur there was a kind baron who gave shelter and an opportunity to get back on one's feet to everyone. Upon learning this, the juvenile bandit immediately headed there, where he received a warm welcome. Anders was a withdrawn and silent person—perhaps the cause was his difficult childhood, or perhaps he was destined to be so by nature. However, unexpectedly for himself, he befriended Matthias, largely thanks to the latter's initiative. In him, he found understanding based on the fact that Matthias also understood how hard life was in Elheim, and his joy and sociability allowed Anders not to sink completely into melancholy and sadness. And yet, it cannot be said that Anders became a happy and joyful person. The older he got, the more he craved female attention; however, due to his gloominess and withdrawn nature, he had no luck with the opposite sex and therefore, at 20, he was still a virgin, though many would not believe that such a thing was even possible. He was particularly attracted to Gullveig—he often spied on her training, and the mere sight of her physical activity caused sweat on his forehead and the whispering of certain words under his breath. Once, it even came to the point where he broke into her room and stole a few pieces of her underwear. But this act brought him no relief; on the contrary, he began to feel remorse and shame. Driven to despair, he decided to perform a ritual to summon Kasha, hoping that he would have at least one true friend—his cat.
