Elheim Previously, Elheim was part of the Alliance of the Roentahl counties, but after being annexed by Henry the Great in 721, it became part of Serberia. Since Elheim still has significant cultural differences from the rest of the kingdom, most of the slaves, after being freed, moved here. Due to the existence of the Roentahl counties' culture of banditry and its disadvantaged population, Elheim remains the poorest and most dangerous province of Serberia, despite all the efforts of the central government to influence the situation. Origin +1 to spirit, +1 to faith, +2 to agility, +1 to perception, -1 to beauty, -1 to charisma, -1 to intelligence, additional skills at the start.
