...I found and downloaded HeroScaner, as suggested by Alan.
I installed it and got acquainted with the program. From a technical point of view, the developers have already implemented everything I would like to find in such a program. The only thing I would add is an interface like the one in the game itself (by the way, I have already contacted the developers about this and offered my help). Also, the game does not yet support version HoMM 3.0 (but this is absolutely normal, considering that the game was released only on October 19).
