At your stage, you need 13% critical chance, not critical damage.

I see some people on streams whose entire inventory of artifacts fits on one screen, and there are almost no un-upgraded items. I can't do that yet - I have dozens of artifacts saved. I recently went through them and cleaned them up a bit.

Oh, I have the same problem. I don't properly filter the level 5 items, which ones to keep, which ones to upgrade, and they just pile up.

The thing is, artifacts really take up the most time, but they are upgraded last.
First, upgrade all the weapons to level 80, and the talents. This will give you a lot of benefit with less effort.
And then upgrade the artifacts.
