Overall, I think a technical restart is needed for maps like this.

Let's discuss this. The tournament rules have a corresponding clause:
"9. Each player may request a technical restart if a map bug that affects the game is discovered during the game. Information about the map bug, along with supporting screenshots, the map file, and other evidence, is sent to the judges to decide on the validity of the restart request."
Why didn't either player use this right in this game?
Regarding what happened: the game report has been published and confirmed. Accordingly, no further claims can be accepted.
Therefore, let's discuss what is meant by a map bug that affects the course/result of the game. After that, we will make adjustments to the rules for this tournament.
