Distraction and Magic Control

Does the Distraction perk in Sorcery (15% penalty to the hero's casting skill) stack with the Barbarian's Magic School Resistances (25% penalty to the hero's casting skill for a specific school of magic)?
If it does stack, is it additive or multiplicative?
