Searching for mods (looking for mods for Tribes of the East).

Could you please tell me if there is a mod that displays all buildings on the map, or a mod that allows you to place your own flag on any building (mill, grove, dragon utopia), but not to collect resources, but simply for convenient display so you can see who has been there before you?
