Hero replacer.

In my opinion, the succubi turned out well. This is probably the maximum that can be done manually in such an old game. Unless, as I mentioned, the color could be adjusted for Jezebeth? By the way, why does Jezebeth have yellow eyes instead of red? Was that the intention?

I tried red, but it doesn't look good when the rest of the head is in yellow-orange flames. If anyone wants to modify it for themselves, the eye color is both the texture with the glow mark and the face texture (to a lesser extent) in the same folder. In my opinion, she looks better with yellow eyes, and it's not as creepy.
I found the previous version of the armor; it's only half a tone lighter, but the colors will look unnatural if they are too bright.

But the awesome version without armor seems to be lost in the annals of history.

Is there a difference from Wayer?

In Heroes 5, they are absolutely identical, and in Heroes 6, they added a slight difference, probably so that players could tell them apart.
Wayer is red, with weak flames.
Nebiros is orange, as if heated to the limit.
