To be honest, I don't think the demonesses turned out very well.

Is there something specific you don't like, or were your expectations just different?
I have to admit, I'm incredibly happy that I managed to give them the standard demonic flag, even if it was in this way.

Grol could use a little tweaking based on the portrait.
In one of the mods, Grol is presented as a kind of reskin-remake of Agrael. I think there's some merit to that. The current, bulked-up Grol... well, it looks questionable for now. But that's just my opinion. The model is still cool.
Is Nebiros different from Vayre in any way?
I think Marbas has the same problem as Grol. But it's nice to see him in a decent form for once.)
Jezebeth has changed and become more unique compared to the previous version. Shouldn't her armor be made a little brighter?
Nimues is awesome! But does he really need that many horns?
Daleb is just waifu material! He's truly a unique skin among them all.

Grol looks almost the same in the artwork, and Marbas is also muscular, just leaner. Let's say that becoming a demon, he's now bulking up; agility isn't really needed on hooves anymore (an old joke about why dryads and tauren can't be rogues - their hooves clack too loudly).

Nebiros and Vayre look very similar. Here's a quote from the fandom:

Jezebeth initially had a slightly brighter texture, but I thought it would be better to darken it a bit (damn, I wanted to upload the original file with the layers of her body and armor separately, but I think I accidentally overwrote it).

In the artwork, Nimues has even more horns, but my ability to add them is limited. Although, if I remove the last two pairs from the archive, it also looks pretty good, but it's not lore-accurate. By the way, in a way, because of Nimues, I put the mod on hold for half a year; I couldn't create a decent armor for him. I'm not a very good artist. Although, I guess I was just tired, and Nimues was just the trigger. The other five heroes were ready last year.

I think Grol already looks very similar, except that his horns are lighter and his armor is red. I didn't want to repaint the armor, and the horns are a different story - I didn't clean them in the morning, so they got sooty during the day
