Mod requests (orders).

Hello. I would like to ask if it is possible to import a model and textures from another game? The files I can provide look something like this...
The Allods games (the game from which the import is being made) were developed by Nival after our beloved Heroes, so maybe... there is something similar, and it can be implemented? I just don't even know if this format is suitable for our needs.
p.s. this set of files belongs to one of the raid bosses, so don't be confused by the fact that it is called "reactor" - it's just a monster...
