No, banning for creating multiple topics is bad form, and it's not written in the rules either.

You create a folder called MyMod; you unpack all the required mods into it, if these mods do not overlap in the final xdb files (for example, they change the same hero's file). If they do overlap, the program will ask you if you want to replace, not copy, or copy with a different name. Overlapping mods are incompatible, and at the points of intersection, you will need to choose which one is better.
But now, all the unpacked mods (with the unchanged directory structure) are in your folder. Now, right-click on this folder => Send to Zip archive. We get a zip folder. We rename it to .h5u manually and put it in Usermods.
