When will the Russian localization for the latest version be released, if there is at least an approximate date?

Unfortunately, not before it exits the beta version.
For now, you can use the Russian localization from version 13, but at least a quarter of the elements will still be in English.
There is an option to translate it yourself, but there are thousands of files, and it would be difficult for one person to manually go through them all... And I haven't figured out how to programmatically compare the files with version 13 to translate only the missing ones (I don't have enough time to do it manually).
