Guide on adding a new model, animation, and creature to HoMMV

I've been looking into the models from Dynasty. In general, it won't be easy to adapt animations from Dynasty to the skeleton from Heroes VI/VII, and vice versa, attaching animations from Heroes VI/VII to the skeleton from Dynasty will also be difficult. It can be done, but it's quite a tedious process.
