Psatkha, could you post screenshots of those letters publicly on the forum? That would be really cool, as documentary proof. Some kind of paper.

First, I'll ask them whether I can show their data publicly?!
When I attempted to write them a letter with the following content:
Good day!
I greet you, dear official representatives of Ubisoft!
The question is — may I publish your answers on fan forums dedicated to games of the Might and Magic universe, stating that you allow the use of resources from other games of the Might and Magic universe in Heroes 5, namely 6 and 7, as well as others published by Ubisoft?!

We recommend that you verify the correctness of the recipient addresses.
From all this it follows that, unfortunately, these employees are probably no longer official representatives of Ubisoft, so I think it won't be a crime to post three screenshots here...
