Why don't you make changes? For example, they reduced the damage of the "Lord's" spell from 50 to 20, on a 40th-level creature, which demons rarely reach. Now it deals 800 damage, which isn't that much, but the spell rarely misses for demons. However, the ridiculously high initiative should be slightly reduced because it's impossible to play against them. If you're playing against the AI, you might win 2 out of 10 times due to the AI's stupidity, but against a real person, it's impossible. My friends and I only play with the NHF E mod; we don't even play the regular version anymore. You can play against everyone, but not against this monstrous initiative. A 40th-level creature is rare in the game, but it's common on maps that simulate a final battle. Even 40 isn't necessary; at level 20, minus 20% to you and plus 20% to them, just like that, and then even more speed on themselves, plus rings that boost initiative. I think you understand how imbalanced that is.
