I've been trying to solve the problem with exporting animations through the map editor for a long time... because when simply exporting animations through Maya, the transparency effect is not recognized by the game. Maybe someone could rewrite the developers' idiotic script so that it determines the number of frames differently? As far as I understand, it's the map editor that can't do this... moreover, it's unclear how it even determined them in the original files and what was in the "clip" files in the .ma format? (or maybe I'm wrong to bring up this problem)
I've fixed the script; now, you can export animations through the map editor from a .mb file, and the initial and final frames are specified in the editor and passed as a parameter to the script. Also, can skeletal animation affect the transparency effect?
