Manticore dwelling from the dungeon.

Place any dwelling, go to its properties, click on Shared, then click New => Enter a name => OK => In the new window, in the Shared properties, be sure to select Model, add active and blocked tiles (for each of these tiles, configure the offset relative to the center of the object so that the hero does not walk through the dwelling; to preview the tiles, press Ctrl + B on the adventure map, active tiles will turn green, impassable ones - red).

Then go to the bottom of the Shared properties, in Type, select any, then add a new element to creatures, and in it, select the desired creature.

In MessageFileRef, add 2 new elements, in the first, create a text file for the name, and in the second, a text file for the description.
