Problem with launching the game.

I'm having trouble launching the game. I installed it on my computer (thinking I'd finally be able to play), and when I started a campaign, it began loading... and then it crashed :( It gave me an error message, but I'm not sure if I should send it or not. I thought the game was the problem, so I reinstalled it, but the same thing happened. Then I remembered my old laptop, so I installed it there, and the game runs... but it's very laggy (it's a really old laptop). But on my new computer, it just won't run. I'm wondering if it's my integrated Intel video card that's the problem. I've heard that it might be the reason the game isn't working, but it should be configurable, and it should work after I adjust the settings. Can you tell me what settings I should adjust, or is it not the video card?
