Attempt to add new spells and skills.

Comrade pastkha, have you already managed to increase the number of skills? Can you provide an example of such an executable file? Because it would be a very useful and necessary thing to upload the 3.1 engine with expanded skills here. I also need new "empty" skills for S.T.A.L.K.E.R., without any attached mechanics. Spells, unfortunately, will not be useful.
