I'm not sure if I'm right, but it seems to me that if the title of the song you were listening to is "Why are you gay?", then it should be "Why are you a gay?", and that, it seems, translates to "Why are you gayish?". Maybe I'm wrong, I don't want to claim anything. In any case, I'm sure I wouldn't like such a song. Personally, I would prefer to listen to something else.
