How can I change the creature ID by adding it as an NCF file?

@Mokara, for reference - the range from 760 to 774 has long been occupied by the respected comrade Lokken!


Therefore, currently, the range from 300 to 309 is essentially empty, as the IDs were requested for creatures, but in reality, they don't exist, except for ID 304 - CREATURE_VETALA_RAKSHASA from the respected comrade TSoD!

Therefore, it would be more logical to insert creatures into these unused slots: 300-302 (just enough for a complete set), 303, 305, and 306-309 (another complete set)!
