Moreover, the latter is already present in almost every other element, except for fire. Oh, and there's also Halmal and Hallesina, if we're talking about seasonal characters. In water, for comparison, there's Lily, Lilili, Ingwei, Vamp, the dog, and the ubiquitous Cagliostro. Well, this is only if we look at the SSRs, because then the water list will be supplemented by Pengi, whose voice acting is so awful that only Hallesina can compare to it.
