If you had been following HeroesWorld and the tournaments judged by Dirty in general, you would have noticed that this year a more current lobby rating is used for seeding. (Miror Jebus, OFB, CIS in St. Petersburg)
You can also look at yourself. Your last rated game on HeroesWorld was the final of last year's FB. (You are not the only one among the participants of the current FB. It's just a telling fact.)

CIS was organized by MSStudio and has little to do with HeroesWorld. In OFB, again, there is no clause or even a word about the principle by which the draw was conducted, hence all the confusion. Write out the regulations clearly, and I wouldn't have a problem, but as it is, I get the feeling that since the forum and all that isn't needed by anyone, this last-ditch tournament here is just for me, apparently...
