Changing abilities.

Hello, I became curious. Is it possible to take abilities like "crystalline scales," "flame of vengeance," and "deadly strike" and rework them into other abilities? For example, "hatred of darkness – damage to undead, demons, and Stronghold creatures is increased by 10%." If this is possible, please let me know.
