NCF – Extended list of Neutral creatures.

Let's say I downloaded a creature. What do I do next? How do I integrate it so that it spawns on the adventure map, and how do I control its quantity? I have NCF_Creature and NCF_Core. I don't want to download entire packs because I only need specific creatures for my mod, not everything.
