You could create a guild of thieves or a family. Today, a guy was caught in the store trying to steal something. They took the merchandise from him and let him go, and then they started talking about how his whole family is like that, including children and the older generation, a kind of family "business," and I thought it would be cool to implement that in some kind of game. But a family clearly wouldn't work for us, because it can't be that I'm the only elf in the family, and you're all goblins. So, it would be easier to create some kind of organization, and you could even have an initiation ritual, like "stabbed in the eye with a fork" or a fork, but not in the eye (or maybe not just once), although in that case, I feel like there would be almost no one-eyed people, because that would clearly give a penalty to perception, so you could come up with something else, like an oath on saliva, etc.
