RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

the thing is, a post in the modding thread about replacing towns – many won't use it because it means losing the standard creatures.

But a dwarf with a rifle in NCF would be very useful, and he needs a reference to a town so he can use runes, rather than just being a neutral unit.

Maybe I missed something in the history, but a few posts ago I provided a quote from what could be used in his description, that the dwarf decided to use the weapons of muggles because he isn't very strong against powerful chaos sorcerers, etc.
