I already suggested something similar, to warn the leaders of the "dead" clans about their removal, but the deadline is also not bad.

See, it was already said that if you want to deal with cleaning, focus on the dead topics – there are about 20 of them that can be permanently deleted.

I'll explain it simply!!!!
1) Each clan gets its own separate subforum!!!!
2) 20 topics don't put as much load on the forum as 20 subforums in which no one communicates anyway.....
3) Warning the leaders (of dead) clans, I think, is useless because many of them haven't appeared since NNNNN.
