—What is your favorite game character across all the expeditions?*

Oh, that's a tough one.
Adrian is, of course, a meme. Poorly conceived, but played reasonably well, especially in the second part.
Werner is well-played and well-conceived, but not particularly memorable.
Ignatius – his quest was terrible, but the idea behind him was good.
Then come the "characters of the new generation."
Marey – a decent self-insert (actually, all my characters are self-inserts, but since I'm a bit eccentric, they're all quite different). It was fun to play him; in the context of the setting, he's a good character, but he's not quite my favorite – he's not epic enough.
Jerome – I really felt sorry for him. If he had developed differently, he could have become a favorite, but it wasn't meant to be.
One-Eye – now, he's our champion. Minor flaws in his portrayal and a hastily put-together quest were more than compensated for by his epic deeds. Initially, I liked him less than Jerome, but characters that are poorly conceived and only become memorable during the game are especially valuable.
