In what way did the administration interfere with gathering and playing 2 vs. 2 matches?
It didn't encourage it (and I'm not saying that this is ONLY a shortcoming of the Clans).

The issue isn't just about encouragement. I'm not saying who is more to blame – I'm simply stating that, at the moment, this is a problem for the entire forum, including both the Clans and the administration... but deceiving is not good... here's your quote, in which you blamed only the Clans.

Of course, the lack of Clan battles is a huge oversight by all Clans without exception.

Those who want to, find opportunities; those who don't, find excuses.

P.S. Just don't try to be clever... I don't want to participate in another argument, but if you don't want to join any Clan, that doesn't give you the right to criticize them comprehensively...
