[HMM III OFF TOURNAMENT] "Race for the Leader"

Dear Tournament Participants,

There have been some minor changes to the tournament rules (the first post in the thread has been updated):

• The tournament has been granted official status, meaning that all players will receive a Player Rating.
• The time allotted for each stage has been changed; instead of two weeks, it is now three weeks. See the updated schedule.
• The additional victory criterion has been changed; gold has been replaced by mercury.
