Well, at least with Nefela, there's some kind of feast described before the sauna. Yes, it's probably easiest to think about poisoning, but I don't know, Revan could have come up with something else, considering his generally ambiguous descriptions. I also don't know what Inar was doing in this case; maybe he was planting mines, but I don't think that's a great option. But I think it will become clear at night, unless he was planting mines near the corpses.
