the clan is to blame if it has a low rating... don't recruit people who joined once, signed up, and left, or who only registered on the forum or posted a single message on the forum (and even that was in response to a request to join the clan)... if there aren't enough people who play frequently, was it even necessary to create a clan in the first place? They could have joined another clan, and that clan's activity would have increased... and regarding the leaders... if they rarely appear due to personal reasons or simply because they've lost interest in the forum and the clan, they could transfer the clan to another member... then the clan's affairs might improve, and it might become easier (to relieve the responsibility, so to speak)... with a new leader, recruitment could resume, and so on, and with that, activity and rating would increase...
