A victim buried alive – it sounds like a description of successful treatment. If we consider this as a clue, there are probably dozens of different interpretations. For example, I immediately remembered the movie Kill Bill. Others might have different associations.

The part about delivering toys to the palace, on the other hand, indicates the absurdity of the order and a redirection (unless "adult" toys were being delivered, in which case it's still somewhat plausible).
