I believe that predetermining the list is a correct decision, especially considering that the current implementation had several problems from the start. For example, some people adhered closely to the wording, indicating qualities of character and appearance, while others simply indicated qualities that could be attributed to a person but did not fall under any of the categories, such as the popular quality of intelligence. In other situations, someone would list several qualities in one item (like the qualities of a talking bird, for example). Some even used "cheats" like "inner beauty" and "physical beauty," which are incredibly subjective and abstract, but most importantly, boring. And on top of all this, there's the wording, the style of which can be used, like other points mentioned above, to distribute the submitted qualities into groups.
