My conclusion is very simple: if Shizuo didn't block on the first night, then Ment is a good guy. That's it.

1. Preparation of Inara (not displayed)
2. Blocks Zhen Lo (displayed).
2.5. Blocks Shizuo as Shendet (displayed)
3. Blocks Shendet (displayed).
3.5. Blocks Shizuo as Dario (displayed)
4. Isolates Dario (displayed).
Besides Shizuo, there's also Shendet.
Blocking Ment by Shizuo and Shendet is indistinguishable – whether Ment doesn't act in one case or the other, it's the same.
The fact that Ment becomes a good guy after being blocked by Shizuo, but not after being blocked by Shendet, is a big question.
