Add-ons

Guys, I can't figure it out without your help, so please assist me! I want to play Heroes V, but I don't know what to buy. They've released something called "Hammers of Fate" and something else, and I need to figure out what exactly I need. Is it an expansion pack? Or is it a completely separate campaign for Heroes?
