Is it possible to add custom music to the game?

Renaming the Ogg files in other players' games without further modifications will not work. However, the RedHeavenHero method will be functional. P.S. Instead of converting all the music, you can create a new sound (convert Ogg to WAV and export it in the editor) and play that, while simply deleting the paths to the other battle music files!
