Sacred Haven of Debauchery

I'd like a shorter game that you can play together, level up, explore, and do all that, but also have content for solo play. Let's say there's no one else around, but you still want to play and, instead of continuing with the story or leveling up, you could log in and do something else, maybe craft or build something, or perhaps explore new locations for something useful, etc.
