But aren't there other buildings like that, besides the advisor houses (which become occupied later)? I haven't played in a while, so I don't remember exactly.

Yes, in The Pit there are several buildings that remain empty throughout the game. This includes a hall with lava streams and bridges over them. I think there's also a Temple of Darkness there. Although I don't remember exactly what else is there... it's been a while since I played:smile32:
