Sounds like: let's eliminate the strong players, and then finish off the weak and inactive ones later. Excellent plan. And a world war shouldn't generally offer this, because in case of failure, it immediately leads to a loss. I don't see the point in changing the voice to someone else, just because of your heart's desire, even though there are several versions available for Nefelu.
