Fragment, here's a task for you. Based on the newspaper descriptions, determine who was investigating that night.
I read your version, and it seems plausible. Do you think the Man could have completely stayed out of trouble on the first night, without even using the investigation ability? That seems pretty bold.Heroist
Well, considering the Man's role, it does seem foolish to sit idle until the first kill. Unless it's a 500 IQ player making a risky move.
This is indeed a strange move. Thinking about such a setup, I came up with this. I remembered game 101, where the Man didn't have any protection against attacks. Back then, the Heroist Mafia eliminated him early on, on the second night. I don't think I would suddenly decide to forgo protection, especially if I were playing that role for the first time. Especially considering that in the past, the Man here is usually only killed by the Gunslinger and the Mafia investigator, who don't have much reason to kill him immediately. So why are we seeing what we're seeing? The Man, who has the opportunity to gain protection during the first night, and isn't afraid of being randomly targeted by the Mafia? What if he knew for sure that he wouldn't be killed because of the first-night immunity? Perhaps there's some logic to that. In principle, this might not even be related, as Arandor pointed out, it's become fashionable not to kill the Man on the first night.ToX
Well, I've dug up something that fits the feedback quite nicely, but it's not very obvious at first glance.
May 15th is Persian Language Day for Krabby, and there are several ways to connect that to the Iranian-Byzantine Wars, mainly through the Shahnameh.
Based on the clues from the previous game, I can say that he doesn't like to create long and complicated chains, and that in the process of solving his clues, it's enough to follow one path, like the GM does, starting from the Quenta. So I think this solution is good, better than the one on Nefela. And I also don't like how Krabby framed me.
