The plane carrying Dr. Schmertlofer's patients arrived at the airport near the resort town of Saint Moritz at approximately five o'clock in the evening. There, they were met by an agent who escorted them onto a comfortable bus, which took the patients to the Calm Hotel. The journey was not long, but during that time, they had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the brochure of the establishment.
Upon arrival, several hotel staff members greeted the guests. While the bellhops retrieved the luggage of the arriving passengers, the agent led the patients inside. 
- Welcome, gentlemen! 
- As you may have already guessed, I am Josef Schmertlofer. I assume the journey here has tired you, and you would like to rest, but allow me to introduce my team, who will be assisting me. This is Dr. Raifero Ubivato and students from the best universities in Europe, aspiring to a master's degree.

Before the patients went to settle into their rooms, the girls handed each of them an envelope.
- Your treatment begins right now, - said Dr. Schmertlofer. - Each of these envelopes contains information intended solely for you and no one else. Read it carefully and be prepared for tomorrow. And by the way, the resort season has not yet begun. So, the entire hotel is practically at our disposal; enjoy it.
