Ravenous


The film is good. But I wouldn't say I liked it. The theme of cannibalism isn't something I'm drawn to, especially when mixed with mysticism. Moreover, the mystical events here are presented as real. Unlike other arthouse films, where it's definitely unclear whether certain events are actually happening or if the protagonist is just having a mental breakdown/dying hallucinations, etc. The soundtrack was pleasing and reminded me of Divine Divinity.
