CIS-2021 in Moscow – is it worth the effort?

Well, the St. Petersburg proposal is indeed more convincing because it includes all the specific details. However, the community is now dependent on the need to make an urgent prepayment for St. Petersburg and sign the contract tomorrow without fail. I have no doubt that Roma will do everything with quality and enthusiasm (of course, within his own understanding of how it should be... I will try to help if there is a physical possibility).
It's just a pity that for the second year in a row it's in the same place – who knows, maybe someone from St. Petersburg will write that "you shouldn't call your local gathering a CIS event" (and if out of 60 people, 30-40 turn out to be locals, then he will be right) – well, in that case, 2022 will be in Chisinau or Moscow, or somewhere else, and there will be an opportunity to prove ourselves with actions – or maybe not... Because this year, Moscow unanimously declined – I'm talking about the leading figures, who all said that they don't want to and won't do anything.
