CIS-2021 in Moscow – is it worth the effort?

I don't quite understand how you can switch from a nearly agreed-upon location in St. Petersburg to a location with unclear conditions in just one day.

First, there was a brief discussion about Moscow back in September at the gathering (where I told everyone that I would be working on securing a location in Moscow in November), and second, I am simply fulfilling previously stated commitments – I was given the figures, and I immediately posted them here. I had no information about Peter's application until Roma posted it on the forum (and Roma had no information about my plans).
If the community is perfectly happy with St. Petersburg, with its double beds/sofas (which, in my opinion, is the main drawback of the St. Petersburg location) and the still-undecided final dates, then there are no questions.
I simply provided an alternative in case there are other opinions (since "non-St. Petersburg" activity in the St. Petersburg thread – that is, activity from people coming from other regions – is low).
