In short, I had to pull 60 times for Ning Guang. + 2 Diona, 3 Beidou, and 2 other 4-star weapons. I could pull a few more times for the awakenings, but I don't really want to pull for a 5-star...
Why does the pity timer reset?
Well, you're guaranteed to get a 5-star after every 90 pulls if you haven't gotten one normally, right? And if the progress carries over between banners, then if I get a 5-star now, that progress won't carry over to the next banner, and I'll just be stuck with a Pacamara that I don't need.
