Hmm, just a moment...
Nebuchadnezzar II
"Nabucco" is an opera by Giuseppe Verdi with a libretto by Temistocle Solera (1842, premiered at the Teatro alla Scala). The chorus "Va, pensiero" from this opera gained the status of a hymn of the Risorgimento, was considered a candidate for the national anthem of Italy, and continues to be considered the unofficial anthem of the Italian region of Padania and is performed at all events of the Italian "Northern League" party.
The last opera by Verdi, "Falstaff," whose libretto was written by Arrigo Boito, a librettist and composer, based on Shakespeare's play "The Merry Wives of Windsor" translated into French by Victor Hugo, developed the style of "continuous development."
